Summary:  This study analyzed total review volume and associated star rating for all ASSH members (hand surgeons) and correlated review volume and star ratings. 

Conclusion:

  1. Star ratings correlated directly with review volume
  2. The highest scores (<4.8 stars) correlated with the highest number of reviews (<100)
  3. Only 3% of hand surgeons had greater than 100 reviews
